What’s your return policy?
Extended holiday returns start now! (You can get a stress-free head start on the season). All purchases made between Saturday, November 1, 2025, through Monday, December 15, 2025, can be returned through Thursday, January 15, 2026.
Returns and exchanges are accepted for new and unworn merchandise with original packaging and tags attached within 30 days from the purchase date. We offer free exchanges. Returns are subject to a $7 handling fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Once received by our Returns Department, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days and we will email you once complete.
For returns that are paid with a combination of a gift card and credit card, your gift card will be refunded first, then the balance on your credit card. Refunds to credit cards cannot exceed the original amount used for payment.
***Any personal items found in returned or exchanged items, will be retuned at the customer’s expense. If we do not hear back from the customer, the item(s) will be discarded.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Items marked as final sale will be noted on our website. We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of the United States. Our return policy only applies to orders placed on websites. If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is an issue with the product you received, please contact our customer service team.
How do I return items?

1. Log into the HOBO Returns Portal using your order number and shipping address zip code.2. In the Returns Portal, choose an item to start a return or exchange.3. Confirm your return. Returns, including taxes and discounts, will be refunded to your initial form of payment minus a $7 handling fee. Original shipping fees are not refundable.4. Print your prepaid UPS label and packing slip. Please drop off your return at a UPS center within 7 days of initiating your return.5. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed.
How do I make an exchange?

All exchanges can be made through our HOBO Returns Portal. If you chooses to do an INSTANT EXCHANGE – A $1 authorization hold may apply. Please note exchanged items must be returned within 14 days to avoid being charged for the new items.
Why can’t I return my item?
Items marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase are not able to be returned or exchanged. If an unauthorized FINAL SALE item is sent back to HOBO, no refund will be issued and the item will be donated to a local charity or disposed of at our discretion. Items from our Artisan Series, donation contributions, gift cards and gift wrap are considered final sale.
Items are no longer eligible for return or exchange 30 days after purchase.
How will I receive my refund?
Through our returns process, refunds due can only be issued back to the original method of payment or a websites gift card. If you pay with a combination of Gift Card and another form of payment, your Gift Card will be refunded first, and then your other form of payment. Refunds to credit cards cannot exceed the original amount used for payment.
What is your price adjustment policy?
Unless otherwise specified, we will honor a price adjustment within 7 days of the purchase order date on items purchased on websites for the difference between your order price and the new sale price. Once a price adjustment has been issued for an order it is no longer returnable, and all items in the order are considered final sale.
Please have your order number when you contact our team to request a price adjustment.
How can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been picked and processed, we are unable to cancel it. However, upon receipt of the order, you have the option to return it using our return portal, which generates a return label for you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I return a product if I purchased it through a third-party retailer?
Our return policy requires items purchased through third-party retailers to be returned to the place of purchase.
What is your return policy for items that may have been previously returned?
Products, if returned, are reshelved only if they are in a condition that meets our standards for resale. If you’re unsatisfied with the condition of the product you received, please contact our customer support team!
Can I return an item I purchased at the Annapolis store?Updated a year ago
Currently, merchandise purchased online at websites cannot be returned to our store location.
Only items purchased at our store HOBO Annapolis can only be returned in-store. Please contact the store for further information.
